In 2002 we decided to include other perishables and diversify into butchery items, this was a great success and grew our client base tremendously. In 2004 we had to move to our current state of the art food processing plant in Ndabeni which carries a food processing certification from the City of Cape Town and a certification from the Dept of Agriculture. We also have a ZA number approving us for export .

At this stage we were processing items made for us and started looking at producing some of the Dairy products ourselves, but it took until 2008 and when we built the Berg River Cheese Factory and production started.The factory has a capacity of 35 tons per month and produces Cheddar, Mozz, White cheddar, Gouda and Butter .

We recently expanded our perishable range again and purchased the Dockside Fish Company adding a big range of Seafood, to accommodate this we are acquiring the building next door .

We currently service about 1600 clients including major restaurant groups and retail chains .

We haved embedded ourselves in the food industry by being competitive on price ,focused on service and striving for the best quality at all times.

During 2010 we opened 3 retail factory stores in Tableview, Pinelands and Ottery and on the 1st December we bought Muffin Time Bakery and as such now produce all our own baked goods.
